Track Racing keeps you on a winding circuit that scrolls toward you, and asks only that you stay on the tarmac. Steer left and right through the bends, and the further you get the faster it comes.
Unlike a traffic dodger, the hazard here is the track itself. There is nothing to avoid except the edges, which sounds easier and is not, because the bends tighten as your speed climbs and a line that worked a moment ago will run you off.
Steer into bends early. Waiting until the corner arrives means correcting mid-turn, which is what puts cars into the grass. Beginning the turn slightly before you reach it keeps the line smooth.
Aim for the inside of the bend. The inside line is shorter and gives you margin if you drift wide, whereas running the outside leaves you no room when the corner tightens.
Make small continuous corrections rather than sharp ones. Large inputs overshoot into the opposite edge, and most crashes are the second correction rather than the first.
Look up the track, not at the bonnet. The bends are visible well before they arrive, and driving by what is already beside you is always too late at speed.
Leaving the track. There is nothing else to hit.
Yes, continuously, which is what makes the later bends so demanding.
No, it is a distance game. You are trying to beat your own best.
