Useful things to tell us

A game is broken. Tell us the name of the game, what device and browser you used, and what happened. A game that shows a blank screen on one phone and works on another is exactly the kind of report we need.

Something is hard to read or use. Colours, text size, controls that are awkward on a touchscreen — all of it is worth reporting, and it is the feedback that improves the site most.

A parent or teacher concern. Anything about advertising, privacy, or content you would rather a child did not see. These go to the top of the pile.

A game you would like added. We cannot promise anything, but suggestions genuinely do get built.

What we cannot help with

We do not run accounts, so there is nothing to recover or reset. Scores live in your own browser: if they disappeared, the browser data was cleared, and we have no copy.
