Word Tower gives you letters and a clock. Build as many valid words as you can before time runs out, stacking up your score with each one. Longer words are worth more, so there is a constant pull between playing it safe and reaching for something bigger.
The tension is what makes it work. A short word banked now is guaranteed points; a long word you are hunting for might never come. Experienced players find a rhythm of quick easy words punctuated by the occasional ambitious one.
Bank short words while you think. Three and four letter words score steadily and keep the clock working for you, whereas hunting for a long word can burn ten seconds for nothing.
Look for common endings. Adding ER, ED or ING to a shorter word is the fastest way to reach a longer one without starting from scratch.
Do not stall on a word you cannot complete. If it has not come in two seconds, clear it and take something you can see. Momentum matters more than any single word.
Warm up first. Word retrieval is noticeably faster after a round or two, so treat your first attempt as practice rather than your real score.
Longer words are worth more, so there is a real reward for reaching beyond the easy ones.
