TriPeaks lays twenty-eight cards into three overlapping peaks. Take any exposed card whose rank sits directly above or below the card on the waste pile, and it becomes the new waste card. Ranks wrap around, so an ace takes a king and a king takes an ace.
The pleasure of the game is the run. Because every card you take becomes the next target, a well-chosen sequence can cascade through a dozen cards without touching the stock at all, and setting those runs up is what separates a cleared board from a stalled one.
Look for the longest run before you start. Several cards may be playable, but only one of them continues into another card, and another after that. Choosing the card that extends the chain is almost always right.
Open the peaks early. Cards buried under two others block everything above them, so working on the sections that unlock the most cards beats clearing the loose ends of the base row.
Save the stock. Every card you turn over is one fewer chance later, so exhaust every playable card on the board before reaching for it.
Remember the ranks wrap. Beginners forget that an ace and a king are neighbours, and that single connection often bridges two halves of a long run.
