Tower Pull is the block-stacking game every family has a battered wooden set of. Pull blocks out one at a time and the tower gets progressively less stable. Take one too many, or the wrong one, and the whole thing comes down. Your score is how many you managed before that happened.
The tension comes from the fact that the tower is always survivable right up until it is not. Each pull looks safe individually, and the collapse is the accumulated result of every choice before it. Knowing when a tower has become too fragile is a judgement that only comes with playing.
Take from the middle of each level, not the edges. The outer blocks carry the weight, so removing a centre block leaves the level supported at both ends while an edge pull puts everything off balance.
Watch the wobble warnings. The tower tells you when it is becoming unstable, and pushing on through a bad wobble is how most runs end. Sometimes the right move is a safer block elsewhere.
Spread your pulls across levels. Taking several blocks from the same level weakens one point badly, while removing one from each level keeps the load distributed and the tower standing far longer.
Go slowly. There is no clock, and the difference between a good score and a great one is almost entirely about pausing to pick the safest block rather than the nearest.
Removing the last block on a level would leave nothing supporting the ones above, so the game prevents it.
