About this game

Target Shooting puts targets on screen and a clock in the corner. Hit as many as you can before time runs out. What lifts it above simple tapping is that it tracks your accuracy as well as your score, so spraying wildly at everything is measurably worse than aiming.

This is essentially an aim trainer, the kind of drill competitive players use to warm up. The useful skill it builds is moving to a target and stopping cleanly rather than overshooting and correcting, which is the difference between fast aiming and merely frantic aiming.

Tips & strategy

Aim to stop on the target, not to sweep across it. Overshooting and correcting back costs more time than a slightly slower move that lands accurately first time. This is the single biggest improvement most people can make.

Watch your accuracy percentage, not just your score. Wild tapping inflates attempts without adding hits, and building the habit of deliberate aiming now makes you faster later.

Keep your eyes ahead of your hand. Look at the next target while finishing the current one, so your movement begins the instant the hit registers.

Warm up before your scoring run. Aim is noticeably worse cold, and most people gain a significant amount after a couple of practice rounds.
