Maze Ball is the wooden labyrinth toy in digital form. Guide a ball through a maze toward the green target while avoiding the holes scattered along the way. Drop into one and you start the maze again from the beginning, which makes every narrow section genuinely tense.
The physical version is famously frustrating because the ball responds to tilt rather than direct control. Here the movement is more forgiving, but the essential challenge survives: the fastest route is usually the one with the most holes beside it, so speed and safety pull in opposite directions.
Move slowly through narrow sections. The holes are placed exactly where the corridor tightens, and the time you save rushing is never worth restarting the whole maze.
Plan the route before you move. Tracing the path with your eyes costs nothing, whereas discovering a dead end while the ball sits between two holes usually ends badly.
Hug the side away from the holes. When a corridor has a hole on one edge, deliberately keeping the ball against the opposite wall gives you margin for small slips.
Do not panic after falling in. Restarting is normal, and the second attempt is usually much faster because you already know the layout.
You restart the maze from the beginning, which is why care matters more than speed.
